1. Personal data

We, company GOETZLOFF – Gesellschaft mbH, collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent or commission or in the context of the existing or to be concluded with you contractual relationship for the purposes agreed with you or if any other legal basis in accordance with GDPR is present; this in compliance with the data protection and civil law provisions.

Only such personal data is collected that is necessary for the performance and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

Personal data is any data that contains particulars of personal or material circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, etc .. Also sensitive data, such as health data, may be included.

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, data transmission, opposition, restriction of processing as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data.
